Find the work that sounds like you. We are here to walk along side you as you explore your Identity, Purpose and Callings.   We combine that with your passions to help you understand the workflows that are going to matter to you.  We help you cut the noise, turn up what matters most, and find the work that sounds like you. Work that aligns with who you were created to be, and work that is wired the same way that you are.  Clarity isn't found by doing more; it's what's left when you turn down the noise. At Resound, I help you strip away the interference so you can hear your calling again. We don’t just "fix resumes"—we help you recover your identity and understand why some work matters and some work feels eternal.

How we get there:

We delve into who God wired you to be, and how He wired you to work.  You were created for good work, not work that feels like static in the grand scheme of things. We turn down the noise coming from tasks that don't align with your wiring, and turn up the volume on who God created you to be so you can hear your calling- Loud and Clear.

When you recover clarity on your identity, you can amplify the impact you were wired for.

We help you hear your calling again, louder and more clearly than before. We clear the static from your work, so you can understand what matters and why it matters for you, and then tune into your signal sent by your Creator's unique design. It's like noise-cancelling headphones, but for your career. Are you ready for your work to finally sound like you?
